CAS designed the Modern Concrete Glass Home in the downhill slopes of Dacha, which is surrounded by woods.
The client wanted his house to be visually linked to its woodland location so our designers used concrete and glazing stretching across its longest facades, which gives the home a great view of the surrounding woods.
The combination of concrete, which is a symbol of strength, fragile glass, and wood combined with the greenery of the woods give a contradictory feel to the building.
One of the most prominent features of our Modern French Concrete Glass Home is its concrete staircase that cuts through the modular center, connecting the rooms on the main floor with an entrance on each level as well as an added terrace on the rooftop.
