Location: Bharsaf, Lebanon
Scope of services: Exterior Design, Landscape Design
Date: November 2017
An architect from the UAE asked our designer to work on and improve the exterior and landscape of his luxury Mediterranean house in Lebanon. This villa is located in a lush area in Bharsaf, Lebanon, situated on a hillside with a beautiful view.
The paint color, roof tiles, and stone texture were carefully matched in this project.
In the case of cornices, it was finally decided that dark brown wood would best suit the combination for the luxury Mediterranean house.
One of the most important parts of the design was the elegant entrance with a two-way round staircase, which leads from the top to the home porch on the ground floor. This entry has given an elegant effect to luxury Mediterranean house.
The Main entrance ceiling has a false wood ceiling (where the chandelier is located).

Arch doors are designed to match the exterior of the building, while shutters were considered to keep out direct light and summer heat in the master bedroom.
The stair railings were initially metal, but were changed to stone railings in the end because of the luxurious look it gives to the whole building and the entrance gate.
We widened the entrances to make the feature at the center of the round stairs, more prominent from the street.
Two beautiful palm trees also add another beautiful feature to the entrance while metal fences were placed around the home for added security.
Cupressus, lemon and apple trees were chosen to fill the surrounding yard.
One of the other points that was carefully planned out was the lighting design of the courtyard and the night view of the house.
