Designed in neutral tones of white with a blue mosaic wall, this stylish kitchen is chic, modern and provides a subtle compliment to the grand gold wall in the dining area. Kitchen cabinets and the central island are deliberately neutral in a glossy, white color. The blue mosaic backsplash extends beyond the counter to clad the entire wall, providing subtle color to the gleaming, white kitchen finish.

The dining area leads into an open, spacious living room adorned with textured, white marble-clad walls. The room exudes extravagance with the abundant use of marble for walls, floors and ceilings. A scraped marble accent wall provides an audacious backdrop for the custom-made credenza. Gold framed chairs compliment the gold-edged recessed ceiling. Situated off the hallway, a larger Arabic style seating room is furnished with low-lying sofa lounges, laid out in a large L-shape. To counterbalance the monolithic treads, the railing is designed to be virtually non-existent with clear glass panels that seem to merge into the background. A sleek top rail and minimalist vertical rails affixed to the sides give the vibe of light, floating stairs.

The stairway is illuminated by an elegant skylight, with fixed louvers, that creates dramatic shadow patterns during the daytime. Visually connecting the crisp blue sky outdoors with the living space within, the skylight serves to strengthen the connection to nature, striking a balance between external and internal energy.

To the right of the stairs, on the upper level, lies a spacious living room decorated in shades of taupe, beige and gold. Comfortable lounge chairs and a plush sofa give this room a warm, cozy vibe. The highlight of the space is a bespoke lighting fixture suspended from the ceiling. The walk-in closet is functionally furnished with ample storage space. The bathroom is less formal with marble patterned tiles that also clad the side of the bathing tub. A metal finish, textured wall adds a classy design element to this chic bathroom.

The smallest of the bedrooms on the upper floor, this bedroom is bright, airy and refreshing. The use of gold in this bedroom is limited to the customized light fixtures. A blue area rug adds a splash of color to the subdued room. The design aesthetic is similar to the other bedrooms on the upper level, using similar elements such as the marble-textured backdrop for the beds and the taupe and beige color scheme for the walls and furnishing.
