One of the most important elements of design is harmony. This can be applied when designing architecture, interiors, and landscape, by employing the same style in all of them. The best solution is to assign the desired design task to a credible company. This is what Mrs. Maria Ferreira from the United States did for her industrial house design, and ultimately obtained the result she wanted when CAS accomplished her architectural, interior, and landscape design as well as structural engineering

As evident in the façade design, this is an industrial style design that merges aluminum cladding, wooden cladding, glass and stucco. The large windows let in ample daylight and give the house a simple and lasting style.

The landscape of the industrial house design displays a modern and contemporary style, shown off by the artificial waterfall in the yard, as well as the plants and greenery.

The home’s landscape design is in harmony with the surrounding greenery, so the beauty of nature is preserved and extended.

Another element of design is lighting. This design employs a modern yet unconventional lighting design, with bubble lights on the ground and spotlights that embellish the design.

The next step was the interior design, in the industrial style which is one of the preferred styles of millennials. CAS beautified the industrial house design by employing creativity and innovation. The “media room” is one of the most important parts of a residence since the family spends a bulk of its time there. This room is separated from the living room with a concrete wall carrying shelf decorations and a fireplace. Flooring with polished concrete, simple white walls and false ceiling all add to the beauty and are cost effective. The design’s mustard yellow accent lends warmth to the design.

In the living room, the separator room serves as an accent wall. A wine rank is on the left of wall. The merging of wood, concrete and mustard yellow impels a natural feel.

The entrance walls have concrete cladding, with wooden stairs to warm the space up. The lighting design also serves to bring in enough light and liveliness.

The main challenge in the kitchen was placing the stove on the island. The hood had to be specially designed because of the high ceiling in this part of the house. A false ceiling with hidden lights were taken into consideration for this purpose.

The study has a relaxing feel with mild daylight, light wooden colors and fluorine concrete. The windows open onto the designed landscape, creating a view.

The bedrooms have simple concrete walls with wooden accents. A minimalist theme has been employed which displays the space cleaner and larger.

The industrial style shows itself in the bathroom with concrete walls and a concrete wash basin countertop. Hidden lights balance out and light up the area.
