Set in the town of South Bowenfels in New South Wales, the formal style of this regal Georgian home is matched by the surrounding structured landscape. As is typical of Georgian house designs, the façade is embellished with multi-paned windows, which are symmetrically organized to flank the grand entrance.
A series of hipped roofs, silhouetted against the sky, are further testimony to the grandeur of this Georgian house design. The gray roof tiles provide a pleasant contrast to the formal white walls. The house is set amidst a lush, formally-designed landscape.

A graceful, curved driveway leads up to the prominent entrance. The landscape is designed to complement the elegant lines of the house. Two cone-shaped trees frame the front elevation of the house. The entry steps are framed by two spherical shaped globes. Low-level floral plants are arranged in neat rows of three layers: the shortest are adjacent to the driveway, while the taller plants are positioned near the wall.
Two white-arched windows call attention to the double-door entry. Framed in black, the entrance mirrors the color of the dark roof tiles, making it stand out against the white walls. A pair of columns on either side support a gabled roof that emphasizes the entrance to the Georgian-style home. The walls are detailed with rectangular quoins for a finished look.

Multi-paned windows grace the rear façade of the house, framing views of the formal rear garden. A crisp white pergola shades a seating area. The sparse plants display different shades of green. Rigidly shaped boxwood globes edge the planted areas and break the expanse of hardscape.

The formal design aesthetic carries through to the interior of this luxurious Georgian house design. The magnificent entrance foyer sets the tone for the rest of the home. The long, orthogonal space is characterized by a bold black-and-white color palette, enriched with exotic animal-print accents.
The foyer is symmetrically designed to emphasize its length and draw the eye inwards. Both walls are graced by elegant paintings on either side of a gold-framed mirror. Classic moldings signal the change in color from black to white. These moldings are also mirrored on the ceiling. The entrance foyer is rich and inviting; the clean architectural lines of the space are further enhanced by the deceptively simple profile of the elegant console tables.
The sophisticated design vibe is reminiscent of world-renowned designer Ralph Lauren’s style, which was the inspiration for this Georgian house design.

The dining room is the perfect balance of masculine and feminine. The rich, vibrant space boasts striking deep-red and black accents. A beautiful, long, dark-wooden table stretches the entire length of the room and is designed to seat thirty-two people. The dining room is bathed in natural light from a bank of floor-to-ceiling windows that look out onto the rear garden. Dark-wooden display units grace the four corners of the dining room.
On the opposite wall, black panels with intricate moldings form the backdrop for a pair of tasteful black lamp shades. The molding design is reflected on the ceiling panels. Wood parquet flooring adds warmth to this space.
The masculinity of the room is balanced by the lovely floral arrangements that grace the long dining table.

The design for the lounge is suave and dignified. Dark-paneled walls frame the room. A magnificent painting takes center stage, forming the focal point of this eclectic space.
A white wall with a fireplace stands out against the dark wall panels. A backlit wall on either side of the fireplace prevents the room from looking dark and gloomy and provides a backdrop for two vintage pianos.
Vibrant orange accents counterbalance the dark walls. The orange velvet sofa upholstery is mirrored in a set of four chairs, adding flair to the lounge. Cheetah-print accents elevate the design. A taxidermy peacock takes a place of pride on a gold-framed table, adding an exotic flair to the lounge.
A vintage chandelier presides over the cheetah-print rug, which houses hand-crafted, vintage-leather chairs.

The open kitchen is bright and airy, with large paneled windows overlooking the garden. White blinds edged with black can be lowered to regulate the amount of light in the kitchen.
A white, marble-veined countertop sits atop dark cabinetry. Gray, velvet-upholstered barstools with custom beading provide seating for the breakfast counter. Glass pendant lights of vintage brass illuminate the breakfast counter. Vintage, engineered oak flooring unifies the entire design.

The nook, adjacent to the kitchen, is bright, cozy and inviting. Art deco style chairs and sofa boast plush velvet upholstery in a soothing blue-green color. Blue-gray walls house bespoke paintings. Luxurious gray window curtains frame views to the front yard.
The seating is arranged around a classic fireplace with a black mantel. An array of mirrors above it form the backdrop for tasteful accessories that decorate the mantel. A brass-framed chandelier with glass baubles provides overhead lighting.
The aged oak flooring from the kitchen area continues through into the seating nook.

The bar across from the nook mirrors the same design vibe. A stylish leather couch, inspired by the Timothy Oulton design collection, is complemented by exotic zebra-print chairs. A small bar counter, with vibrant turquoise paneling, faces a compact kitchenette. The bar stools are upholstered in the same vibrant turquoise. White base molding along the walls tones down the dark-colored wall paneling, adding a light touch of freshness to the room.
A geometric patterned carpet in black and white picks up on the colors of the animal-print chairs and adds a finishing touch to this elegant seating area.

The guest suite is tastefully designed with soft wall-to-wall carpeting. A black accent wall forms the backdrop for a decadent, burgundy, velvet bedhead, which is framed by two long mirrors.
A small kitchenette with white cabinetry is placed adjacent to a library with dark paneling. A plush armchair, upholstered in burgundy velvet, picks up the color accent of the bedhead.
The geometric forms of the lighting and furniture have nuances of the art deco style. They complement the formal lines of the guest suite in this glamorous Georgian house design.

The playful contrast between dark and light colors is evident throughout this Georgian house design. Here, we see it reflected in the guest bathroom. Light-colored marble walls act as a counterbalance to the dark shower panel and wash basin counter.
Dull gold flecks in the black wall panels are reflected in the bathroom fixtures and accessories. A rectangular mirror behind the wash basin is framed with a dark border. A gold geometric pattern adds vitality to the simple mirror.
The attention to detail is evident in the careful accessorizing of this bathroom. A sleek, dull gold geometric pendant light provides an additional light source to the ceiling-mounted spotlights.
The white, black and gold color palette adds a richness and sense of luxury to the guest bathroom.

The master bedroom boasts luxury with its collection of bespoke furnishings. Dark walls and furniture are bathed in bright light coming from the large floor-to-ceiling window. Light, beige-colored curtains allow plenty of natural light in and pick up on the gold accents around the room.
The classic style of this ornate master bedroom is reflected in the graceful curves of the furniture. A Versace Baroque Floral Trail Wallpaper in black and gold hues forms a delicate backdrop for the dark-framed bed. A pair of John-Richard Rosette stools with animal print grace the foot of the bed. An ornately carved, gold-gilded mirror reflects the delicate lines of the stools.
Animal-print cushions are combined with dull gold cushions to emphasize the gold accents. A large gold Martinez chandelier provides overhead illumination. A plush gray carpet is soft to the touch and completes the look of this splendid master bedroom.
Bold and vibrant, this Georgian house design reflects the owners’ love for exquisite craftsmanship and their eclectic tastes. These preferences are beautifully blended into every nuance of the house, from the choice of furniture and accessories to the rich color palette.
