The exterior design of a home is very important in revealing to the buyer, or curious onlooker, what kind of property lies beyond its front doors.
We wanted to create a villa that was simple, yet had a distinctive exterior which made is stand out from the surrounding houses in the neighborhood.
At the same time, given the warm climate of Saudi Arabia, our designers decided to use special materials in the final coating to minimize the heat transmission to the inside of the house.

We opted for small windows and used smoked glass to prevent severe sunlight from coming in the home. We went with white for the exterior of the home because of its minimum heat absorption properties. It’s also a classic choice for exteriors, providing a crisp and clean first impression.
The gypsum decorations around the windows and roof edges create a classic look. The ground floor, which looks out to the garden, is covered with light travertine stone which creates a warm and intimate atmosphere in the courtyard for the family leisure times.
The forged circular fences on the outer walls of the courtyard and the short walls around the roof emulate a simple classic look.

In the courtyard area, the main access routes are built with concrete tiles surrounded by soft grass. A relatively large lawn has been considered for children to play on. This was also requested by the owner to allow for a small building to be built in the courtyard for short time stay.
The exterior sitting area next to the swimming pool is surrounded by colorful flowers which gives the courtyard an especially homely and happy atmosphere.
This beautiful and friendly atmosphere is located inside a closure which according to the Arabic Islamic culture, gives the house residents the privacy they need.
