CAS was tasked with coming up with the contemporary exterior design of a five-story apartment located in the Amwaj Islands in Bahrain. These islands are man-made and located in the Persian Gulf to the northeast of Bahrain, near the coast of Muharraq Island. The apartment consists of an underground parking lot, 16 apartments, a penthouse, and a communal pool and gym. Because these islands cater for luxury buyers and residents, we wanted to design the apartment to comply with the local taste and culture of luxury.

The right side of the building has a beautiful view of the sea while you can see the lagoon, a large open-air shopping center, from the left side of the apartment.
