CAS Managing Director’s Message on Covid-19 Pandemic
A Letter to Our Clients
On behalf of CAS Design, I sincerely hope that you and your loved ones will get through these unprecedented times safely and in good health. My thoughts are with the people affected by COVID-19, and I deeply respect the people who take care of others in these challenging circumstances.
Together, we are facing a truly decisive situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. During this time, I wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation at CAS Design.
To safeguard the health of our clients and employees, we must observe the regulations of our offices’ host countries. We are minimizing the impact this would have on our organization, doing everything in our power to maintain the high level of service that you are used to with CAS.
Our employees work in shifts to minimize physical contact, and work from home whenever possible.A separate protocol has been applied to our technical department, allowing us to keep providing support whilst reducing risks. Naturally we will remain available for you by telephone and e-mail.
It goes without saying that we have to cancel all client events in our studios until further notice, including the Spring Seminar in our Rockville headquarters we had scheduled for March 26, 2020. Instead we will schedule a Webinar for the onset of Spring, with enlightening presentations and valuable insight, as well as introducing our spring offer.
In any case, we pride ourselves in being there for our clients and I can assure you that CAS Design will keep its unrivaled client care and support system throughout this period. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We’d be glad to be of service.
